Apparel items:
most orders are made to order so we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases. Please be certain of the item(s) you select before confirming your order.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you would like to exchange an item due to an error on our part (wrong size, wrong color garment, defective garment or wrong item shipped to you) please send an email as soon as possible with photos so that we can do our best to resolve issue.

Please note-you have 5 calendar days from receipt of package to notify us of any damages or errors.
Once our customer service department has received your email and reviewed the item. We will send you an email with the next steps.
- If you are intitled a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will allow the return of your item, if the items are unworn, unwashed, free of smoke smell, burn marks, pet hair, etc.... REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT
